1. Cancellation Policy

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund the full amount of your money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. If the package has already been shipped, there's no need to worry: you can return it to us after you receive it, based on our 30-day return guarantee.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

All Miyales purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order. After 30 days, the item is considered a final sale, and we will no longer accept returns.

Return Eligibility & Condition

To receive a refund, the light fixture must be returned to us in its original condition:

• Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
• Electrical cables must be intact (not cut, not stripped, not modified).
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all its labels and protections.
• Non-returnable items: Products damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

• Step 3: Return Shipping
  To ensure a seamless process for our European customers, all authorized returns are processed at our central logistics facility in Germany: Bayernstr. 14, 30855 Langenhagen, Germany

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that Miyales cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged while in transit to our facility.

3. Return Shipping Costs

1. Miyales covers the return shipping costs for all defective products.
2. All other returns (buyer’s remorse, orders canceled after they have been shipped, ordered the wrong color/size/type, etc.) are shipped back to Miyales at the customer’s expense.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Once scanned and confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method in about 14 days ( the actual processing time depends on your payment method and bank ).
